“I live diagonal from this home. I can’t say enough good things about the renovators Armin and Judith @ Avanti Homes that rehabbed this place. I wish they’d renovate more homes in Gwinhurst because this home was a complete disaster for the past 16 years I lived here because of the landlord that didn’t take pride in re-investing in his properties. Avanti replaced darn near everything on this home: roof, kitchen, appliances, floors, walls, structure, porch, chimney repair. You name it, it was a mess and they took great care of fixing it.”

Judith and Armin have been excellent landlords since the day my family and I moved into their rental property. My family and I just moved to Delaware and we weren’t familiar with the area. Judith was kind enough to print out close by places that would help us out such as the YMCA for my child and more. It was also our first time renting and she took the time to explain everything on the lease. They have kept their property consistently neat and tidy, upon our move in. I can also confirm that as our landlords, they have never made any unreasonable requests, and they have always been friendly and respectful during visits. If there was an issue with the property they would resolve it as soon as possible. They made renting so very pleasant that we were sad to go. They have been amazing landlords and we would recommend them to anyone.”
